Marisa Murillo is a partner in the firm’s Chicago office. She is a member of the Banking and Asset Finance practice group. Marisa’s practice centers on representing lenders and borrowers in senior and junior capital financings, leveraged acquisitions, distressed lending, and working capital facilities. Additionally, she has served as lead counsel to senior and mezzanine lenders – especially in the middle market – in negotiating and documenting complex financing transactions, including secured and unsecured credit facilities, commitment papers, subordination and intercreditor agreements, debt and equity restructurings, stimulus loans, art loans and working capital facilities.
Marisa is current on the Board of Directors for MCA Women’s Board and MOCAD (Museum of Contemporary Art Detriot). She is on the advisory board for Gene Siskel Film Center.
